John A. Bacon (“JAB”) brings over 30 years of marketing and communications expertise across commercial real estate, financial services, and both B2B and B2C sectors—plus a few wildcards along the way. Known for transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling strategies, John builds marketing programs that drive real results: measurable growth, stronger brands and increased revenue.

Over the years, he’s held senior leadership roles in both public and private companies, leading the development of dozens of successful marketing initiatives. Career highlights include:

  • Launching four new B2B business lines for a private-equity backed property services firm resulting in significant revenue growth.
  • Helping position a real estate crowdfunding platform for a NYSE listing through brand transformation and increased capital raise.
  • Rebranding a $17B publicly traded REIT while supporting multiple alternative investments product launches and fundraising campaigns.
  • Guiding a non-listed REIT through a successful NYSE listing while navigating a hostile takeover attempt.
  • Leading marketing for many notable commercial real estate projects nationwide—including retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments
